I was invited by a friend to this restaurant to try the exchange menu with wine pairing and we had a great experience! from very personal reception and professional service to excellent cuisine it was close to the perfection! what surprised us most was the approach. the chef and the way he presents his teller, most of them small pots on a warmer like when they 're have a fondue except they 't share but extraordinary and original teller. it makes dinner even more friendly, the fact that they can share the tellers as they want and the choice of the wee who came with them was just perfect. I really enjoyed discovering this restaurant and recommend it very much if they 're looking for something from the way they surprise them and where the personal is very friendly and care.

I was invited by a friend to dinner. we had the Sharing menu, which was very good (except dessert.) as a whole we found that the dishes had an original note that made them highlight from everyday kitchen. before the start we were hired... if we had any allergies or intolerances, which is always a good point. everything was boiled to perfection, from a soupenbesen to meat. each dish was accompanied by a suitable wine. the dessert was disappointing, however, because he did not show what the cook is capable of. everyone can prepare a chocolate fondue pieces of fruit to dip into chocolate. After I tried a piece, I stayed on the fruit, as it was too sweet to me. all in all we had a very pleasant meal, but the restaurant is a bit off the beaten stretch and not easy to reach unless they have a car. I cannot comment on the trips as I was a guest.

Visited the restaurant after the new owners took over and decided for the seven cursor tasting menu with wine pairing. the new chef has nothing to worry about compared to the previous owners eating is on par if not better than. what has been served in the last few years. the processing, the nuity, the presentation and above all the taste were pure perfection. really remember a night. if they are not yet (or back) in this restaurant, I recommend to them to book their table now, before word spread! because not only eating is excellent, but the service perfectly matches eating. excellent night. we'll be back soon!

Wir wollten erneut die Küche des Küchenchefs seit Le Montagne in Chardonne probieren. Das Essen ist gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Küchenchef, loyal wie immer, war laut unserer vorherigen Erfahrung auch nicht wirklich sympathisch. Wir hatten bei der Reservierung eine Glutenallergie angegeben. Die Lösung des Küchenchefs war einfach nichts anzubieten! Wild ohne Spätzli und Salat anstelle von Spätzli - Bravo für Ihre Bemühungen, Küchenchef! Zum Glück ist der Restaurantleiter freundlich und sympatisch. Persönlich werde ich nicht wiederkommen.
