Chez Freddy - Les Sables d'Olonne

I had tasted fabulous pizzas to Freddy during my previous visit to Les Sables d'Olonne in 2018. This time I tasted his Osso Buco and found it excellent. The portions are very abundant; The welcome is pleasant and chichi-free. The catch is soft.

Delicious. Very welcoming people. Pizzas are absolutely succulent with a fine dough whose memory always makes me dirty! The superb and classic salmon calzones and beautiful sizes. Children's ice balls with candy. And even the toilets are clean! Everything in a colorful setting at a very correct rate. Close your eyes!

The restaurant is only a few dozen meters from the sea in a quiet little street. The welcome is very pleasant, the whole team listens. Very good pizza, very fine homemade paste is perfect and the addition is not salted. We were able to notice during our dinner that this restaurant is very frequented by the premises that is often quality gage... Too bad we have lived so far otherwise we would have returned.
