Even if this sign is a franchise, the mother house is a group of winemakers who have been operating for a certain time and can give hope to a particular attention to quality and tradition. So the place is not super hot, in a modern building without soul, but the service is very professional, courteous and discreet. The formula is simple, no card, no menu: an entry, a dish and a dessert (announced in advance on the site) to which one can add a cheese tray. All this is watered from the wines of the house, glass or bottle, without a cap. The entrance, the goose rillettes, was succulent and the dish, a cajun chicken, excellent. In this city rather dominated by kebabs and fast foods, it is a good table to remember. Careful, closed on Sunday.

Excellent reception and irreproachable food with the best recommended wine (if desired) to accompany the dish of the day. Nice frame. The first table we think for an impromptu lunch.
