While visiting the city, we decided to order delivery from a Chinese restaurant, and I was immediately disappointed by the service. When the food arrived, I was shocked by the price of the order. Not only did the price of the dish not match what was listed on the website, but it changed during the ordering process. Furthermore, they charged a delivery fee of 10 rubles—are you serious? In every city in Russia, delivery over 1000 rubles is free. What sets you apart? I believe the consumer protection agency should take a look at your café—it's just appalling! Absolutely terrible!

The food is terrible; everything is burnt. The chicken basque was burnt, the fries were burnt—are you cooking for people or for pigs? If you want to cook burnt food, do it for yourselves. Have some respect for the customers who order food. Where is your restaurant manager while your kitchen is operating in such a careless manner? I really enjoyed the food; the borscht was fantastic with amazing croutons and delicious bacon. The grilled vegetables were great too!

The waitstaff are rude and forget about the ordered dishes. My friend and I ordered pizza and pelmeni fries, along with two drinks. Everything was brought to us except for the two drinks. I sat there for half an hour thinking, "Where are the drinks?" We approached the waitstaff, and they said, "Oh, we forgot." What if they hadn’t brought them and we had paid for nothing?
