A large, modern and trendy room where laptops work welcomes. the only vegan bagel option was tasty and the bagel itself was very large. Drinks are as they would expect. the personal was friendly and welcoming. wifi was very fast (also high-load speeds were very fast). laptops users are welcomed and there are many plugs. on the negative side there is only a vegan bagel option and there were no vegan bakers or cakes, only two muffins that is quite disappointing. I was also surprised that plastic drinking straws are offered. not cool.

We had a date here in juni. we had the shake and back offer (two cocktails and a pizza) and I think we have built our own pizza combination to make it vegan. we also had the tagine (aubergine, aprikosen, harissa, Squash-Chickpea) was absolutely delicious. the bbq glazed flower coal nuggets as starters were also amazing. note that we were not completely vegan at the time of the visit, so we were not for whether the cocktails were vegan.

I can't remember the last time I was in Hitchin, so had no idea they had such a great restaurantThe restaurant is upstairs.
