The Potting Shed - Letchworth

I visited this morning for a little exploration, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from a charming gentleman, a lovely woman, and her son who were running the diner. All the staff were wonderful! They were very considerate of me and my dog, Koda, and everyone was eager to say hello, which we both appreciated. I also discovered their chickens and rheas, which were delightful! After enjoying a pot of tea and some scones at the café, I even bought a few crystals on my way out. If only I lived closer, I’d be here all the time! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

A beautiful atmosphere that is also dog-friendly! We dined in the Café Potting Shed, where the menu featured a variety of sandwiches, wraps, toasties, and paninis, all with plenty of filling options. They also had baked potatoes available. My sandwich came with simple yet well-dressed green salad leaves. The homemade coleslaw was very tasty, so I would recommend upgrading to include that as well. The bread was very fresh, although I found it a bit thick; however, the freshness was delightful, and the moist filling caused it to slip a bit! Unfortunately, we didn’t have room for any cake. The coffee was generously sized and wonderfully hot. We will definitely return to try the soup and half-sandwich option. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which is a testament to the owners.

This charming little farm shop and café offers a fantastic selection of products. The love for fresh produce is evident, as the vegetables are always exceptionally fresh and of high quality. The owners and staff are very friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a delightful spot for anyone who appreciates good food!

Such a beautiful mini garden center with lots of fresh fruit branch, flowers and shrubs and exterior decorations. it also has chickens and rheas, and a nice caffe that serves delicious food with friendly service!

Really cute little garden centre and two very lovely guys on checkout who gave good guidance on the plants we purchased and played with our dog!
