A-1 Pizza - Lethbridge

My son and his friend tried your pizza and said it was fantastic, so I decided to give it a shot too. I've had many different pizzas from various places, but yours is definitely the best! It was incredibly delicious. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered through Skip, but my delivery driver’s car broke down. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I contacted customer service for assistance, hoping for some help since the delay was not my fault. The person I spoke to on the phone just replied with a casual “Yep,” without offering any support or resolution. This level of disregard for customers makes it impossible for me to recommend this restaurant. If they treat paying customers like this, I can only imagine how they manage the food.

We recently had A1 Pizza for our Employee Appreciation Day, and it was a hit! We ordered 11 extra-large pizzas along with a selection of wings, all of which arrived hot, fresh, and tasty, exactly when promised. The added bonus was the great value and generous portion sizes. I highly recommend them!

I haven't ordered from this place in a few months. The pizza is decent, but it doesn't seem as fantastic as it used to be.

I was really let down by the pizza. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza without feta cheese, but instead, it came covered in an overly sweet marinara sauce. When I tried to express my concerns over the phone, the manager or owner was very defensive, insisting I was mistaken and not giving me a chance to explain. The pizza was not good, and the customer service was far from acceptable. I won’t be returning. I recommend steering clear of this restaurant; it’s not worth your time or money.
