Edo Japan - Lethbridge

I ordered California Rolls and a beef and shrimp shell to go. The rice was a little dry, but they were fine. The noodle dish on the other side was great. A bit shy about beef, but the taste was really good. The service was very good and fast. The girl was a big help because I didn't know what I wanted. (not raw) I'll define from here again. You need to have options for delivery although I'll NIE order by Skip the Dishes

Stop here when in Lethbridge. The food is tasty, healthy and even someone like me can eat here with many food restrictions. And cheap. At least the last time. The way companies shoot prices a week, who knows?

My wife went to Edo Japan on the west side and got some California roles and brought them home. They were terrible. The rice was very dry and hard and there was hardly anything in them. The or two old in...Safeway and Superstore are better and they are not so good either. We'll never go there again.

Later in the evening. I made my order. The lady could help me get my fish. It came out in 5 minutes. It was hot and fresh. The most important part, much of it. The place was clean, no problem finding a table. Great place to visit.

Food is fresh, served quickly and efficiently. There is plenty of choice, and the average diner wants to get in and out in good time, so this is a great choice.
