Luigis Steakhouse - Lethbridge

The Greek pizzas were once delicious! I've been enjoying them for years and they've always been delivered. but no longer because the last two Greek pizzas I ordered were very blanden and inconspicuous. something has changed in making this...pizza and by the way, I don't think that mushrooms belong in this type of pizza.

Luigi’s north lethbridge is a very unreliable restaurant. they have cut the exit side in half and still calculate the same price. When I was notified of an inconvenience with several submissions, I was threatened by “You can speak with the owner” after I was a long time...supporter of the company in covid. I'll never go there again.

Great lounge with excellent dining and drinks. service was great. we had the dazzling garnels in the Marinara sauce and the loaded burger. they were both excellent.

Luigi is great! far better than the keg, the atmosphere is welcoming and reminds me to visit my old grandmother house. she was always excited to see me, and it felt like this at luigi. we were here four times and every time I ordered the main rib. every time it was made perfect. the staff is friendly and quickly seen on our needs with a smile. it's on the expensive side, but it's totally worth it.

Second time we have ordered delivery online and second time they have lost our order. Do not apologize/offer discount, but act as though it was our fault because they didn't get our order! HORRIBLE customer service! Our six year-old loves their pizza, but we are...not able to wait such an unacceptable amount of time. They are 10 minutes from our house.
