McDonald's - Lethbridge

Wow, we drove through the ride at 5.20. Orders, paid and were asked to move forward to wait for our food.. After 14 minutes a girl came with our order and made it felt as soon as she just tormented her. Our...ries weren't very warm, unsalt a d understated. The fries used to be our favorite part of the meal. Of course not after. The last $45 we'll ever spend there.

4 people walk tried to order a pop and 4 ice creams were rejected service. 5:30 o'clock dining room closed, but throughout the country they serve people by Drive thru independent. Not today... they were young people of the First Nations. I ordered her food for her after I told them I would block her highway until they were served. You have no sign indicating any policy, apparently the service is at the discretion of the workers. I'm a white lady and was often served while I was thru through busy ride. Not impressed by this outrageous treatment. Instead of serving them, as I originally demanded, they offered to call the cops. Please boycott this place and phone and tell them why.

I don't like her food, but sometimes when I'm on the street and hungry, I could go to a chicken salad. Apart from that, this is a bad place to eat.

Drove through lethbridge at 1 o'clock and ordered by drive-thru... no one talked to us or reacted to us through the intercom so that we could order our food (we waited well 10 minutes). We drove into the window so we could talk to someone to place our order. When we arrived there and ignored another 5 or 10 minutes, the manager told us without apology that we had to drive back to place our order. I've never been through an incapable and ignorant McDonalds in my life. Absolutely the worst service I received in any Fast Food restaurant in West Canada.

Staff was slow and confused. The food was hot, and I asked for an apple pie. I paid for it, and then had to be refunded because they didn't have.
