McDonald's - Lethbridge

The place is filthy, garbage over flowing, Flies,no care or concerns from staff. This tells me there is no management. do not eat here

This particular McDonald's is always clean and the service is good. I am not a big eater and I order the happy meal ( my grandson likes the books and toys) with iced coffee in the summer and hot coffee in the winter. They almost always get my order right, the exception is the grilled chicken wrap. I get breaded about 25% of the time. Otherwise this is my favourite place for a quick bathroom and food break.

Yukfull of flies, french fried, spilt soda and scapts of paper on the floormacchicken (or what ever is in it) was so bad sednt it back replacement was just a bad sould be called a big mcnugget burger, on the + side counter staff was very good

The coffee in McDonald's is always hot. The service at this McDonalds is good however I wish the person cleaning trays and tables was a little bit more sociable. Have noticed that sometimes he is quite rude.

Horrible management. Filthy restaurant. Its a joke.I blame the management of this restaurant, or perhaps it is non-existent causing all these issues.I came in to order a simple ice coffee, took over 10 minutes after I placed my order. It was not busy at all. There was a guy in front of me waiting for a filet o fish burger and another lady behind me ordering. All-in-all took me 10 minutes to get my drink so I can leave.There seems to be a delineation between service staff there. If you are assigned to work in the drive-thru lane, you don't need to care about anything that is happening in the restaurant. There were no orders in the drive-thru lane (I notice on the drive through display screen it was empty, whereas the restaurant is backed-up now with 3 orders beeping and only one gal attending. The 2 gals who have their headset on (apparently working the drive through lane...ONLY) were complimenting on each others' hair...playing with their own hair...chatting and joking...playing with their headset....dumping fries in the bin.... doing all those petty things and apparently zoned out in their own little world rather than assisting the only girl who was working the cashier for the restaurant.After about 10 minutes I got my drink and finally get to leave when it should have been a minute or two (max) wait time. And it was the only gal who work the restaurant who made me the coffee - surprise.The condiment area is filthy as well. Ketchup spilled all over the place, napkins all over the place, and a couple of flies roaming the area. Nasty!I'm not surprise there are other bad reviews and ratings of this location. Been to many McDonalds across North America and the world...and this one tops it all.
