I would like to review my previous bad review of ricky’s restaurant. I am at the time of my disappointment of the local restaurant, but I would like to thank jackie turner, franchise district manager for ricky’s from calgary. she has understanding, helpful and constant... in contact to make it right for us and she has it. we are happy and confident that rickys is given the chance to do the right thing.
We have long been the visitors of rickys abd singing their praise, but we will officially eat there. two disappointing meals. menu and portions have shrunk and the quality of our recess was so low I can't rate it. not between important
Generally poor all over. eating is moderate to poor; service often rude. atmosphere and setting feels grubby.

The parking lot is strange you’d think the entrance would be close to...the designated handicapped parking at least, I did, so I parked near the stalls only to find that I had to walk half way around the building to find the door! Once in, however, I found a welcoming atmosphere and an attentive server. I had the Califresco salad which was absolutely delicious (and took my caloric allowance for my entire day I would return and enjoy another meal (maybe I walked off a few calories returning to my car
