Starbucks - Lethbridge

I have no idea how everyone stayed so cheerful and upbeat behind the counter today. I would’ve broke down under the pressure this fantastic team was under today. None of them missed a beat and kept grooving like their lives depended on it. Sure the wait was kind of long but they were just humming and I saw the lineup when I walked in and new how long it was gonna take.Personally these 5 gems behind the counter deserve a bonus for todays shift

So slow! I am in a hurry in the morning and I get that they want to be friendly, but I just have to go. Won’t be returning, as this is the longest wait for coffee in the city. Does the owner even read these?

This is store ALWAYS closed one day a week because something has “gone wrong” or “is not working” This is absolutely stupid, especially when it’s the only one on the west side. Either closed your store till it’s runable or open a second one in the west side.

Move to columbia, become a coffee farmer, grow and toast your beans, move back with your new beans, make yourself some coffee. That process will be faster than this starbucks.

I've ordered a Pike Place four times in a row, which is one of the simplest items they offer, and each time I ended up waiting until my patience ran out before I had to ask about it. I just don't understand why this keeps happening.
