Steel Vines - Lethbridge

We've tried a variety of wines, cocktails, and dishes from the menu, and every single one has been better than the last. I have to highlight the charcuterie board and the lavender cocktail as my personal favorites, although everything we tasted was outstanding. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was in guiding our experience. They even created a special cocktail for us when we wanted to mix two of their offerings. One last thing to mention is their support for local artists, showcasing their artwork throughout the restaurant, which is available for purchase. I love seeing that! We will definitely be back!

I had the most incredible food and drinks here that I still find myself dreaming about. I'm already planning my next visit! We tried the baked bratwurst, canned pork, and lamb meatballs, and everything was out of this world. The drinks were, of course, fantastic as well. Don't hesitate to come here like I did—get out and enjoy it!

Steel and Vines began on a high note with its unique menu and inviting atmosphere. However, our experience was hampered by a lack of communication from our server. We visited on a Friday night and received very few check-ins after placing our initial order. To our surprise, we were handed our bill nearly an hour before closing time. When we inquired about their closing hours, we were informed that they typically close around 11, but would be closing at 10 instead. We were quite disappointed by the lack of service, which prevented us from fully enjoying our time there.

This is another type of restaurant it is the way that say I don't want a great meal I wanted to socialize more with friends and just relax a place where they have a drink and share their food. I like the concept. I wish, however, that there would not be a greater variety for eating, but for the drinks. Yes, the wee is an excellent choice. but would like to see another selection of other drinks. the drinks are very strong, but there are only about 7 different drinks and they do not really know how to do something else. I recommend that you have two special drinks every night that makes the things more interesting. as for example, if it is a summer evening, a pitcher of sangria would meet a nice choice. or a selection of Italian sofas. they are simply making and bringing a nice fun atmosphere. Finally I would recommend a soft type of music just to damp the sound, as it somehow gets noise. but the service is excellent. it is a fun place to try safely. I recommend everyone who is from the city to try this place.

I have been at least 5 times in as many months and I LOVE this restaurant. Fabulous service in a charming heritage building. But it’s the food that is always on point and beautifully executed. It is truly a gift to Lethbridge. I don’t need to go to Calgary for interesting food. We have it right here in LB with Steele and Vine
