Subway - Lethbridge

Ordered chicken noodle soup and got what looks like day old soggy noodles with little to no soup at all. I hesitate to even call it soup. Took one bite and threw it out smelled and tasted not

Horrible and very disappointing experience. I have always ranted and raved about this location and the service and product quality. The last two times I went through the drive thru was terrible. They didn't give what I asked for. There was barely anything in my salad bowl I got and very unfriendly at the till. My whole bag broke and they didn't even care. I will never go back to this location again. So sad as they used to make the best salad bowls!!

It's a sandwich shop! Staff were very good at assembling what you want.

The employees were very distracted among themselves and, when asking for anything specific, it had to be repeated several times to get their attention and then repeated while they seemed disconnected from the customers and talked frequently amongst themselves. It was frustrating.

The gentleman behind the counter was very polite, friendly and the sandwiches were perfect good
