Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service worst I had long time. we waited for an hour for our breakfast and it was not right when it arrived, but because of the long waiting time we only ate what we were given!
I took place, waiter didn't come by for 20-25 minutes, think they, it wasn't very busy. had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks. eating came about an hour in our visit; the steak of my friend was not cooked at all what he ordered....They brought a new steak shortly after. my job was not right, but nothing to return the sign. total we have eaten 15 minutes and were 1 hour and 30 minutes in the restaurant. no excuses offered by waiting personal and no discount. Beyond that, the waiter saw over the shoulders of my friend while he paid. unnecessary to say that no tip was given.
My friend, I am enthusiastic guests at tony romas trying to go at least once a month. we went to lunch yesterday, the service was terrible. the cream we were given for our coffee was mad. my order didn't include a huh. on my pasta, as I ordered it. the manager told him about the cream he brought new cups for coffee, the coffee pot was empty. he forgot a fresh pot to bring us the coffee. I finally got my real order that my friend made her eat. I was not offered a discount or a free desert for the screwing paid the full price. I'm probably not going back.
On Wednesday evening there were a few more to dinner. service was very good. contains bark rib, pork ribs, steak. accompanied with fries, baked carrots, fresh vegetables. the food was cooked properly, hot served. price was great (the other couple paid! we go back.
We went on a Monday. Restaurant was super quiet. We tried to order calamari but they did not have any. I saw that they did allow persons into the restaurant without following Provincial protocol of masks. Food was fine, ribs were good (as usual).
