Via Cibo - Lethbridge

Pasta was extremely greasy. I tried to call and the women on the phone was very unpleasant to deal with. She was like “maybe if you actually came in to the restaurant and ate your food it would be different”. Just overall disappointed with how I was spoke too.

Weird way of ordering food at a sit down restaurant, but clearly works for them they were slammed from the second I got there till I left! Food was awesome, everyone I dealt with provided great service will be back ?

Good food but staff comments directed at us were rude and off putting. I’d recommend takeout over eating in to avoid it.

The interesting thing about Via Cibo is that you order and pay at a counter like a fast food place but then you take a number with you to your table and really nice food is brought to you relatively quickly. When you are done, you can just leave because you've already paid. We were in and out really quick. Unfortunately, I had an MSG reaction by the time I pulled up into my driveway. They couldn't trace which ingredient had it so I personally can't go back, but great concept!

One of my favorite lunch spots. The Gnocchi is just the best. A bit pricy but totally worth it.
