Not one for leaving bad reviews. Served by manager bad attitude. Then by a female member of staff, trying to make conversation, ignored me very rude. Coffee and food lovely but due to customer service will not be back.

Management need to review the queuing system and the way they organise as it’s causing allot of stress for both the customers and the waitresses. There was allot of stress when we visited. You could see it affecting both the staff and the customers. A review f the customer flow would work well here. Allot of great positives. The the young staff were excellent. The coffee cups were nice. Location is okay excellent.

Went to order food and they had no more waffles which was fine asked for waitress to give us one more min to change kids minds. she didn’t come back for 20 min even though we ordered drinks and never received them. We went to order food and she said they just stopped serving breakfast. So we left. If she would have taken order right away we wouldn’t have missed it. Due to wait and awful customer service place will not last long.

The van is great....had a meatball and cheese sourdough toastie from it at the weekend...so tasty, well filled and big. The new place in Derry isn 't great...visited a week or 2 after it opened and loved their breakfast menu...nice different options...me and a friend tried the turkish eggs which we loved and the banana bread french toast which was nice enough too although not sure it was exactly french toast. We did notice it was a bit overpriced thought for portion size etc...especially the drinks. Took my husband and toddler last week...planning to get the same dishes....they 've changed the menu which bow leaves the breakfast menu pretty basic...moves turkish eggs and nduja scramble to the lunch menu and a few other brekie option...(WHY??? We reluctantly ordered the avocado stack and french toast as our preferred options weren 't available....chef said they had no avocado stack...9 in the morning this was. Pretty ridiculous. Again my husband moved on to his 3rd choice....breakfast pancakes while I ordered the french toast which sadly isn 't banana bread anymore for some reason. Ordered sausage roll for my toddler.....6 pounds for a small slice a spponful of coleslaw and a few rocket leaves!!!!!!!! Awful!!! When our food eventually arrived (waited over 25 mins ...completely underwhelmed....so basic, small portions and just lacking anything special really...french toast was OK just...my husband 's breakfast pancakes were 3 small pancakes with 3 slices of bacon....we were both still starving after eating. Mentioned everything from the menu changes to the food dissatisfaction to the waitress who came to ask us....she said she 'd tell chef, also mentioned everything to the girl taking our money at the till when leaving. When she asked us what our plans for the day were...we said probably going to get more breakfas still hungry...she smiled....seriously...not even a coffee taken off the bill. The staff are all young and hipster like and seem in a dreamlike state most of the time. The owner couldn 't even lift his head to greet us in the way in, nor did he care for our feedback and disappointing experience obviously when he couldn 't even acknowledge us on the way out or offer any reduction in price. He is probably the most rude condescending man I 've came across....I noticed it in previous visits where he was berating a staff member but this was the last straw on this visit. Definitely won 't be abywhere near the place again...style over substance comes to mind and don 't want to be within a metre of the rude, disinterested owner ever again!

Cannot believe the good reviews on here..... Been there twice in 2 weeks, a fortnight ago for breakfast, waited 20 mins fir breakfast then it arrived, beans and egg cold, no butter for toast, when it came the toast was stone cold, then asked for sauce never got it, coffee came after breakfast...a shambles. Went today for coffee, ordered two and got one brought to the table, waited for the other and it never came. When i complained they said they'd not charge me for it then as if they were doing me a favour. Lol. This place is badly managed, badly organised, food average at best and staff who have no idea what they are doing. Very poor. Avoid on a Sunday morning for sure.
