Costa Coffee - Letterkenny

One of the staff members could learn customer service. Arrogant and just now an awful place to go into. Staff look miserable place is filthy toilets yet prices are expensive.

I was a regular here the only think that keeps me here was the staff. Everything else here is filthy. Over priced and for the price you pay you get to sit on chairs that look like they have never been cleaned for years. It's not like other Costa where they have clean luxurious arm chairs. As for the toilets outrageous. Chars jammed on top of each other to get as much money out of people. Never a clean table. Will not be back too dirty

We had 2 Americanos, 1 White coffee, 1 can Diet Coke and 2 tiny Choc bars €14 plus I wouldn't mind the price if the Americanos and white coffee were drinkable, watery is an understatement, Choc bars half melted, shop was like a sweltering oven from the sun. Oh and not clean either. Never will be back.

It's very near where I work so got to support local trades! I usually go in for just for the flavoured coffee but now the hot weather is here I love their coolers! I am often tempted with the food but it's every expensive for what it is! It would be a major treat to have the sandwiches or cake! Lovely staff always give you what you want and how you want it. Clean and tidy. Staff are usually cleaning during the quiet spell, not that there is many quiet times to go! Reason for the 4* rating is how expensive it is. But I will keep going! Always music on to keep the atmosphere and some nice comfortable chairs

Costa Coffee in Letterkenny is a great place to relax and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee. The staff are very efficient and friendly and if tempted the selection of pastries and cakes are a nice treat. If on the run, a take-away coffee might not be as relaxing but certainly hits the mark on the quality of the coffee!
