Hungry Jack's - Leumeah

The food at Hungry Jack's in Leumeah is great, but the staff could use some improvement in customer satisfaction. When I complained about a cheeseburger that was missing cheese, a couple of employees at the counter were not very polite. They seemed embarrassed as other customers in line saw my complaint. Instead of apologizing, one staff member took the burger from my hand and threw it in the trash while another staff member gave me a new one. It would have been better if they had just apologized with a smile and acknowledged the mistake. I could have been a happy customer who would have recommended Hungry Jack's in Leumeah to my friends.

The service at this restaurant is great and the staff is very friendly. I use their app to order my food, so I can skip the line. I really enjoyed my meal and even got a discount on my purchase.
