Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

We have given this location several chances. Every time we go it is an absolute disgrace. I asked for sauce on the side with my burger. I did not get sauce on the side. The food was very very cold and old tasting. Like it had been sitting out for a while and they just gave us what they had. No wonder this location has 2.5 stars. Y?all need to step up your game before y?all get shut down. It was a busy place when it first opened. You rarely see anyone there anymore and the food is why. It?s bad I mean really bad.

This is my first time trying Braum?s after hearing about it and I think it will be my last as well. Food was cold and tasted just awful. Could tell workers didn?t want to be there as well. Had to go to sonic afterwards so my night wasn?t a total disappointment. Wouldn?t recommend, just get McDonald?s or something.

So normally I love Braums but I have just had a really bad experience there. I purchased a large coke float and when I received it the icecream was on top of the coke. In all of my life Ive never had a coke float made that way. You put the ice cream in first then the coke. Well not only was the ice cream on top but when it settled at least an inch and a half if not more was missing from my cup so in other words i did not receive a large it was a medium almost a small. I was very dissatisfied to say the least. I called and spoke with a manager and she said that is the way they make them. I was unsatisfied with her answer.

Veggies were scarce on our burgers and the patties tasted freezer burned. The ice cream was great!

Now this place got it all I love going to this place for hamburgers and an ice cream they got the best ice cream in town better than dairy Queen also they got a small little shopping store I love that little shopping store it's cheap not expensive at all and they got almost everything that we can get at a big store such as food and vegetables milk bread cookies potato chips you name it they got it I go there part of the time to go by groceries cuz they're a little bit cheaper than the bigger stores that I'm telling you and like I say all your shopping there grab a bite eat some dessert good ice cream I tell you I like the butter pecan ice cream I just love that ice cream thank you guys for serving such great ice cream and for having such a great place and a clean one.
