Blacketyside Farm Shop - Leven

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, and the food was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a large playground for children, and they offer a great selection of local products.

I had some breakfast rolls there, and they were quite delicious. The soup was nice as well. However, the coffee wasn't great; it had a strong machine taste. The store had some interesting items, including tourist souvenirs and meats from the buffalo farm. It's worth stopping by if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

This is a lovely destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. They have a farm shop that offers reasonably priced fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a butcher and a range of delicious products. The café offers a good selection of both hot and cold options, and there are plenty of choices for kids' meals and drinks. The ice cream is delightful, with many flavors available at affordable prices. Currently, seating is outdoors, and there's a large playground for children, complete with picnic tables for enjoying food from the café. The strawberry picking is a fantastic experience, known for its excellent quality and value, but be sure to book in advance. Parking is convenient, especially with the overflow area, and restrooms are available inside.

Came about two years ago about this farm shop restaurant, and it impressed my friend and I. it had a lot of parking, it was clean and modern, toilets clean, neat and well stocked, pleasant and helpful staff and especially, nice eating that was delicious, fresh, good priced and good quality. I returned today to lunch there to find it open (after all the covid shut off) and found it exactly as my first experience was two years ago. a sign at the entrance/output indicates that it is closed on Sundays and is supported by a biblical vers. there is a great botanical for all of us in this sign. we'll be worth the visit and I'll be back.

Lovely stop surrounded by countryside. Fresh vegetables and scrummy café snacks, including their smiley black pudding in Lorne sausage breakfast bap (currently being trialled)
