A&W Restaurant - St-Nicolas - Lévis

Juste à côté de l'autoroute, ce restaurant est bien situé. C'est parfait pour des gens pressés. C'est un peu petit mais c'est quand même correct. Il est année' à u dépanneur et une station service, ce qui est pratique.

Grass-fed beef burgers and poutine (fries with gravy) are yummy! Same great root beer. Wanted to introduce our Brazilian daughter-in-law to A&W. Server was very friendly - did not mind speaking English. Prices are a bit more than USA but reasonable.

After a long drive from Nova Scotia back towards Ottawa, we decided to make a quick stop in Quebec City for the night. Feeling too tired to go out for a meal, we opted for A&W for a quick snack. Unfortunately, we were greatly disappointed. The teen burgers resembled dog food patties and the onion rings were misshapen and mushy. The lack of presentation in the food seemed to mirror the unfriendly and unenthusiastic staff, who failed to greet us or even crack a smile. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant was dreary and uninspiring. It's a shame that the staff appeared to be disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm, as this negative energy was passed on to the customers. I would rate this experience a big zero.
