Hoong Palais Thai - Lévis

Don't be fooled by the outside look of this restaurant. Inside, you feel that it has a true asian spirit and décor.At first you may find that the menu is a little bit expensive, but it is truly on par with other highly regarded Asian restaurants. The good news are that the food plates are generousely stuffed and the taste is very satisfying. You got a lot of pleasure for your money.Would have this restaurant been in center town, it will have been an hit.Highly recommended.

Tonight is the last night of our Carnaval road trip and we went out with no particular plans looking for something to eat and stumbled across this restaurant (it's in kind of strip mall land in a commercial area of town)We took advantage of their table d'hote (soup, salad, main & dessert) and were very pleasantly surprised.I had the green curry chicken, my son the red curry shrimp and my wife and daughter both ordered pad thai. Portions were generous and the curries had a nice balance between the coconut & spices.If we're ever back around here I think we would definitely go again.

Wow, I can't believe I'm the first Yelper to review the Oregon.

The waiter was wonderful and appeared in anyway not stressed with the number of tables he had to serve. We loved you to bring your own wine! Food is much more expensive, then we have experienced somewhere else and we often go for Thai food. The portions are not at the expense! $30.00 for Thai food seems angry. The red chicken cure was very good; the chicken basil was not so delicious. It seemed as if many people ordered the pad Thai that our daughter ordered, and that's certainly a better blow for your money. The amenities were clean and staff friendly.
