Dunkin' - Levittown

If I could give this Dunkin Donuts a rating of zero stars, I would. During my last three visits, there have been issues every single time. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you're looking for a satisfying experience. Today, instead of the four bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches we ordered, we only received two bags of bacon. I should also mention that their bacon is terrible. If you're looking for a morning coffee, you might want to consider going to a different Dunkin Donuts nearby.

This place sucks the person who takes your order, rushes and tells everything else about and again like your great trouble and does not hear you. You repeat and then you get your order wrong. I stopped going in this place

I ordered six donuts, but the entire order was wrong and they were extremely hard. I went back to have it corrected, and the employee asked for the box back, which I was okay with. However, he questioned me about the missing donut. How did he think we realized we didn't get the Boston cream but instead received a chocolate-filled donut? Did he think we figured it out magically? Of course we noticed when we bit into it! It felt like he wanted to put those donuts back on the shelf since he was so insistent about getting all six back. Disgusting! I definitely won’t be returning.

Its quick, I usually buy coffee, good ice latte, 1 pump of coconut, almond milk. Oh medium, lol. I like to pay for the person behind me, it makes my day. One thing I don't like is the donuts, they all have this lingering taste, and yes stale, hardly any cream.

Recently there has been long lines of cars even at 11am. I have waited up to 10min just to get a coffee. You can call ahead for food. One issue is the CARS ARE ALWAYS BLOCKING people who are trying to exist after getting done drive threw. So if you need to get onto Trenton Rd after your done you may be better off if your in a rush at a prime time hour to exist onto Woodbourne rd and then turn onto Trenton rd. Usually staff is quick with getting lines moving. Today I had the most pleasant young girl at the window so that was nice. This location is by far the best on within a 5 to 8 mile radius. I will NEVER return to the location that is off the rt 1 exit. Choose this location over any other in my opinion.
