Yum! Altho a lychee bubble drink Lil too sweet (at least for me) so I had to drink intermittently my daughterloves the milkteas ... went off peak so got quick, friendly service...pricy but yummy ? waffle

Last night was my last time coming to this location. The drinks and food are always amazing, however, every time I come here the cashier seems like they hate their job. She made faces and talked very rudely to the family next to us because they thought our drink she put out was theirs. They don't call anything out or take names so there's no reason to be rude over confusion. I can tolerate the repeated silent service this location always gives but the attitude of the cashier last night pushed it.New Falls Road location is better.

It’s really quiet here. Customer service is really great. The girls were really sweet. They have a promotion this month so I got a strawberry fruit sherbet and it was good. Highly recommended.

I was there recently and the woman at the register, with really short hair and glasses, took it upon herself to add 20% tip without my permission. She swiped the screens really quick but I noticed the amt wasn't the same. So definitely be careful if you plan on going there!

Great customer service and they have such nice decorations for valentines. It makes a cute little place for a
