Uncle Bill's Country Market - Levittown

Have ordered by Uncle Bills for years and I never recognized a (goodly abhorred) 5-star review! This place is a hidden jewel! Huge portions, friendly service and their breakfast is from this world!

This place has good food but horrible service. We are a local business that has ordered multiple times in the past. The last time we ordered, it was for breakfast and we placed our order just around 10am. When we ordered, nothing was stated about a long wait. We were ordering for 10 people. After almost an hour we called and they told us the driver was just leaving with the order. They are only 2 miles from us so after about 20 min we were concerned and called again. They said the driver was leaving soon. After another 15 min we called and they said the driver was on the road. He went to the wrong address (we gave our specific address) then about 12:15pm (2.25 hours later) we received cold food and an attitude from the driver! The owner later called us to apologize for the problem. Today we ordered again and we were told it would be a while and we said ok. Then the woman on the phone came out and said that it is not going to be that long but that they will not deliver to us because we were rude and did not tip the last time we ordered! We actually did tip and no one was rude to the driver. They canceled our order for today. This was fine as we do not need their food for this kind of hassle. How dare they say we were rude. We did tip but where does it say tips are mandatory. If it is mandatory then just state that you have a delivery charge! This place needs to wake up as they are in a customer service business!

This place is truly a historical landmark that I'm fortunate 2 had stumbled upon it during my visit, it's a MUST from now on, 10 STARS! I would pay just to enter with the MANY memorabilia and my kids got to touch an OLDskool typewriter while I read the TVguide covering the last episode of Seinfeld in the end of 2021, AWESOME!!! Oh and the food was ridiculously good like I had a bite after buying 3 footlong hoagies and had to go back in to order 2 more!!! The Raspberry Lime Rickey Uncle Bill's soda and the Green Blast was ?. Can't wait to go to Sesame Place for an excuse to visit my new distant family Uncle Bill's ???

Was able to get catering trays last minute due to another place falling through on me. they gave me a great portion of condiments to go with them. first experience here and they gained a new regular for their catering trays. had my order done and ready to go in an hour and very pleasant staff. I believe i met the owner as well who helped me get everything out to the car. great place!

I'm disappointed in myself for not checking this place out sooner. Breakfast sandwich was delicious! Most places give you one slice of pork roll... this had 3 on it! The bacon cheddar home fries were also yummy. I was told the Italian hoagie is great as well. Went back today for some chicken salad. Check it out!
