TWENTY MINUTES LATER as my husband is putting on his shoes to go get it, Amato’s calls us back to let us know that they have no pasta, and hadn’t even been working on our order at all. That is absolutely the most embarrassing, and pathetic customer service I’ve received in a long time, so congratulations on that front. Amato’s will never receive my business again.
I bought three chicken salad IT and there was hardly any chicken salad and didn't get everything right
This is a pack! Two times in a row. Pay home and find us overpaid. Today were spaghetti and meatballs with 2 extra meatballs. No, paid, but not. We could withdraw and get a refund, but what a pain. Only goes on to other companies.

Ordnete a ham Italian specifically asked for no onion no green pepper to come home and it is loaded with it. I called politely and spoke to a male employee who said he shouldn't give me a refund because I went with my sandwich without complaints, but how should I know they were on my meal. I asked his name and manager name and said they had no manager and refused to give me his name. Completely disgusted by this company and will never allow to go my money.
