Buddy T's - Lewiston

Finding the restaurant was quite a challenge, even with Google Maps, because a banner for Melissa's obscured the Buddy T's sign. To reach the dining area, you have to go through the bar. The food was decent but certainly not memorable. At 1:00 PM, the restaurant was dimly lit and filled with laughter and loud, vulgar shouting from bar patrons, which made it uncomfortable. On a positive note, the bathrooms were very clean, and our waitress was pleasant. Overall, this place feels more like a local hangout than a family-friendly venue.

What a fantastic hidden gem in a quaint strip mall in Lewiston! I stumbled upon this place while exploring the neighborhood on foot, and it was truly a great discovery. First off, they serve steamed clams that are fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! My friend Lise has had the French onion soup twice and insists it’s fantastic. I've tried the nachos and recently had a burger, both of which were cooked perfectly with fresh ingredients. The menu isn't extensive, but everything we’ve tried so far has been amazing. The atmosphere has a small, friendly neighborhood vibe, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this spot for great food!
