Dunkin' - Lewiston

I visit this restaurant daily, sometimes even twice a day. I love the staff; they often recognize me and start making my coffee as soon as I walk in. I have never been more satisfied with a restaurant.

I will never visit the Dunkin' Donuts near the Lewiston Mall again for my pink velvet frozen coffee. I took one sip and had to throw it out as it was extremely unpleasant. It seemed like there was either too much pink velvet flavoring or they didn't make it correctly. When my husband tried to throw it out after I had just purchased it, he discovered that the entire bottom of the cup was covered in syrup. This was definitely the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted.

If a restaurant struggles to retain employees for the 12pm-8pm shift, management should consider if the issue lies with the shift leader who yells at and belittles staff. Additionally, if the restaurant remains open until 8pm, it seems unreasonable that only iced or hot coffee is available for purchase after 6:30pm.

Was reported by one of the rude workers when I had my wife deal with them because I couldnt stand the rude workers so they reported me and made me lose my job on door dash I went from make 1000 a week working from 5am to 11pm everyday Monday through Sunday to provide for my pregnant wife and three children and now I feel like paying a lofty visit and create their report to be true. Take care fat rude ogres! Have fun working while I guess I’ll enjoy retirement. Disabled veterans should be able to work and remove them from disrespectful situations without consequences and it’s a horrible store they ignore you at the window and get upset when you know after waiting five minutes meanwhile drive thru gets the right away.

Asking for cold brew only makes your coffee more expensive cause they’ll still put regular. You can go back to get it remade but who has time for that every morning. I used to bring it the next morning but got looked at funky cause I kept bringing them back. Uncomfortable. I’m taking my expensive coffees back to aroma joes at least the cost was worth it there. They never screw it up.
