The drive-thru is really slow and they mess up your orders a lot but other than that it's a wonderful place

Had to wait a few moments longer due to staffing issues but worked effectively with the staff on hand for a loyal clientel

I was expecting a wait due to the power outages. But while waiting in the lobby. I heard a young woman of color yell out Large Black coffee. Her co worker politely asked her to not say it so loud. She responded, well you know I’m a “race” baiter…I, along with the 2 other women standing beside me were saddened to hear that. I hope someone can coach this young lady on how to act when serving the public.

I missed the speaker and asked the lady if I could order my 1 small coffee and there was NOONE behind me or in the store, was told NO drive around!!

Great place to gather with friends. Coffee is great.
