Contribuisci feedbackWhen I received my order they forgot to put an item in and when the Dasher brought my food it was cold. I complained and Red Lobster and Door Dash went out of their way to make it up to me. They sent a whole new order to me right away. it was exactly what I had ordered and was hot. I never expected that but am very grateful. This is the first time I had a problem with Red Lobster but they really did go way above and beyond. I will continue coming back again and again. And by the way their food is a little expensive but their customer service makes up for that. Thank you Red Lobster and Thank you Door Dash.
Food was bland, salad had almost no onions, lettuce was half leaves and half stem and core. The shrimp was okay but the scallops tasted raw
The pizza didnt taste anything like it should and it was cold when it got to me and extremely salty
The orzo rice was hard, not soft or well cooked, Alfredo was bitter and not tasty. Thank God I ordered the Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits, so I have something to eat. Whoever prepared my food should be sacked or reassigned to other duties .I remember I had to call in when I ordered same rice on Friday to plead that it be softbcos I had been delivered hard rice b4.. It was soft. The Lady who delivered too did not follow instructions too. Just a bad day food wise bcos I depend on eating out.
Ordered my meal and choose a ceasaer salad for a side. Got my salad and No dressing! My biscuits were smashed in the bag. Shrimp scampi had very little juice in it. The quantity was very small for what it cost
