Dairy Queen - Lewistown

When we entered the restaurant, the lack of cleanliness was immediately noticeable. Despite being alerted by a customer, the young man working there seemed unconcerned. The tables and floors were dirty, with food scattered all over them. The menu was disappointing, as they had no burgers, hot dogs, or chicken strips available. The staff were very loud and immature. If this were my business, I would be extremely disappointed and would hire more professional employees.

The restaurant experience can be inconsistent. At times, the food is delicious, but other times it falls short. The service, however, is consistently excellent.

The restaurant appears to have improved in terms of cleanliness and tidiness.

This is from Sunday evening, 17th October 2021. After the order I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food. the burger was far overcrowded, but that wasn't the worst of my experience. there were 6 high-school children who don't wear their masks properly and don't distancing social about the previous weekend plans and definitiw. I could hear the conversation and one of the children even threw in the F bomb. very unprofessional and it seemed no more adult to supervise. I was there to get dinner, not to listen to her private life and not to curse. I will not visit this facility again. I was disgusting!

Good food, friendly service. Sister said decor hadn't changed in years. Clean and nice.
