When our order arrived, it didn’t look like what we expected. The plate was filled with two types of unappealing salad, some meat on top, and tortilla chips around the edge. There was no cheese, which is typically a staple in taco salads. The real issue arose when I went to pay. The waiter handed me the check, and to my astonishment, the total came to $1.75. The itemized breakdown indicated taco - $0.00, taco salad - $0.00, and iced tea - $1.75. I couldn’t find anyone to discuss this with, so I went to the registration desk. A woman at the end of the counter identified herself as the restaurant manager. I showed her my bill and explained that I was not supposed to receive two free taco salads. She assured me she would take care of it and walked away. A few minutes later, the waiter returned with a revised bill where I had to pay the full amount. I would expect that as an honest customer, I would get a correction for the waiter’s error, but instead, they showed their appreciation by charging me the full price! Everyone I've shared this experience with has said they wouldn’t consider going there.

It wasn't busy when I visited, as I had been looking for a great steak and found it here! I ordered the 16 oz top sirloin, while my wife had the 8 oz. Both were cooked perfectly, and the baked potato was delicious. It's really a no-frills place, but the portions are generous. I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered the summer salad featuring fresh fruit, sliced almonds, and a delicious dressing. The presentation was outstanding and everything tasted incredibly fresh. It was excellent!

The baked potato was loaded and absolutely delicious. Overall, it’s a straightforward place with great food. I will definitely be back!
