There's no elevator, which is a bit inconvenient since the rooms are on the second floor. My room had a window facing a brightly lit hallway, so the light kept shining in all night. Additionally, there was only one ice machine for the entire hotel, which seems absurd for such a large place. On the plus side, the room was spacious and clean, although the bathroom could definitely use some updating. Unfortunately, I was also disturbed by some children running up and down the hallway at 2:30 AM. Parents, please take note and help your kids learn to be more considerate.
Moreover, the accommodations for guests with disabilities are severely lacking. The bathrooms are entirely inaccessible, and when we requested a one-hour late checkout for my clients—something we mentioned at booking—they attempted to charge us $45. This request was made to allow enough time for personal care, as the bathroom situation requires carrying someone across the room. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at on this trip, or any trip, has provided this accommodation as a basic courtesy for disabled guests, without extra charges. The fee was never mentioned during the booking process or prior to check-in. To be honest, I will never stay here again, and I feel compelled to warn other travelers, particularly those in business or with disabilities. This hotel was more expensive than the much nicer one we stayed in for the previous several nights, where we had one room with a jacuzzi tub and another with a roll-in shower. In hindsight, I wish we had chosen the Super 8; I simply wanted the best for my clients. I feel cheated, and we’ve decided not to extend our stay for the late checkout. We would rather spend our money on a meal elsewhere this morning than pay $45 PER ROOM for another hour in this establishment.
We have had many meals over the years. Honestly was hit and miss. Sometimes the food was excellent other times it was mediocre. I haven't stayed at the hotel for years but have heard the rooms have improved greatly. Our last experience eating breakfast was great. Costs are a little high but it was good!Nearby activities: Great location, lots of places to walk including warmspring creek, the art center and downtown Lewistown.
The Yogo Inn is classic Lewistown ! We ate dinner in the bar and really like the casual atmosphere and availability of sports. (You can get the same food in the more formal dining room.
