Applebee's Grill - Lewisville

I can only speak to the delivery experience, but the food is consistently delicious and they do a great job. Some of the reviews here seem overly dramatic—it's just Applebee's, after all.

I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating largely because of the bartender, Maya. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all the customers are happy, even to the point of coughing loudly to check on everyone! Incredible dedication!

We visited this restaurant looking for a quick meal. We managed to get a table by the window, which was nice. Our waiter was friendly, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

The restaurant was quite busy, but the staff was very friendly and attentive despite being short-handed. The meal I had was delicious and reasonably priced. The quality of the food was excellent. I will definitely return, as you can't find a better deal anywhere else!

The food and drinks were enjoyable, but I really wanted to highlight our server, Erica. She managed at least ten tables while also seating guests and cleaning tables. Despite her busy schedule, she ensured that everyone was served promptly and went the extra mile by bringing to-go drinks, boxes, and regularly checking in on us. Her positive attitude in what many seasoned staff would find stressful was impressive. She truly deserves recognition and appreciation for her outstanding service.
