Ben Jerry's - Lewisville

I'm sharing this for a friend: They had a wonderful experience with the customer service. Ordering was a breeze, and as someone who avoids milk, they found the food to be top-notch. The dairy-free ice cream cake was particularly impressive. They also appreciated the option for vegan accommodations. Overall, they highly recommend this place and would give it a perfect 10/10!

Y'all, I can buy an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream for the cone I purchased from this storefront and it would have been more fresh coming from the freezer section of a grocery store. The waffle cone somehow had microscopic holes in it, so it dripped from all around the outsides. It's a good idea, but the execution was poor.

I’ve had it. This place is a complete disaster. This is the third time I've been served melted ice cream in every flavor, resembling soup. Don’t waste your time here.

Jaryn was very patient and thoughtful to assure that our daughter got the ice cream she wanted without it being possibly cross contaminated since she has a peanut allergy. We?ll definitely be back!

I ordered a sunset, and the picture on the wall displayed a cup overflowing with ice. However, what I received was mostly whipped cream and very little ice. For a $9 treat, I expected a lot more. I would recommend Dairy Queen for a better value and more ice cream for a lower price.
