Contribuisci feedbackAs more customers arrived, we observed that they were met with indifference, with some being greeted rudely or not at all, resulting in a few people leaving after experiencing no interaction from the staff. We were eventually served by the bartender, whom I believe was named James. He was friendly and regularly checked in on us, which was appreciated. However, despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took quite a while for our food to arrive. We ordered fried pickles, mild wings, and buffalo wings, but unfortunately, the pickles and buffalo wings were quite disappointing. All in all, I would not recommend this place and certainly won't be returning.
I've never written a review before, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I've been a customer here for 10 years, and recently I've been getting takeout. Unfortunately, our orders have been consistently incorrect. For instance, I ordered traditional wings with the sauce on the side, but received boneless wings without any sauce at all. Why would anyone order wings and not want sauce? This needs to be improved, folks!
The Wing and the Buffalo chicken sandwich are excellent. The house beer is quite good as well. The hostesses are friendly and welcoming.
This was one of my favorite buffalo wild wings to go, I work very close, so here many times with staff on this occasion I was here with some friends of us because our children had just fun on a birthday party. They didn't let us fall The food was great The service was wonderfully always happy to go to these special Buffalo wild wings I did not always have the same experience in other places, but this here is always top Notch thanks for the care of our family and our friends especially our rambunctious children who should have been probably more mindful of their behavior, but hey there are only children once thank you for patience to deal with us
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but my patience has pretty much run out after my last experience. My husband and I walked in to a waiting area full of people not being helped. After waiting about 10 min with no host/server/manager to seat, we went and sat at a dirty table in the bar. After about 15 min, the bartender called over to ask if we 've been helped (mind you, the bar, nor bar area was full, it was a Tuesday night). She sent someone over and the server took our full order right away. We ordered an appetizer followed by wings. About 8 min later, my husbands dinner came out by itself (no appetizer). We both sat there waiting for the rest of the food to follow 10 min went by. We called our server over and asked if the rest of the food was on its way (not even calling out that we didn 't get our appetizer). He said the food comes out as its ready and walked away. We were stunned. I told my husband to start eating. He ate his entire meal and the rest of the food was still not out. We told the server to cancel the rest of the order, we were done and basically disgusted. No way I wanted to give Buffalo Wild Wings or this server my money. The attitude was basically a take it or leave it mentality. I 'm actually embarrassed for Buffalo Wild Wings that they 've let their service slip this low.
