Burger King - Lewisville

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the hard work the team at 121 puts in, even when they're short-staffed. A big thank you to the morning crew for always being friendly and apologetic when handling parking. The food is consistently great, and although prices have increased, I'm still enjoying my experience at BK!

"The staff seemed unaware of the nationally televised promotions, and the portion sizes were disappointing. The pancakes had a rubbery texture and were quite small with very little flavor. The staff could have been more friendly as well. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Having lived in Lewisville for 50 years, I’ve seen better days for this location. It has really declined lately. We'll be heading back to Whataburger, where you definitely get your money’s worth!"

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. My son typically skips breakfast and prefers to order lunch at 9 AM, and they always accommodate him without hesitation. They don't treat it as an inconvenience at all. I also want to highlight a young lady named Allison; she was fantastic and truly deserves a raise.

We've been here about 3 times since we moved. The first couple of times were good but nothing to write about. This latest time however, they really wow'd us. I ordered my usual double cheeseburger and even after the 10 minutes it took me to get home, it was still HOT!! like burn your mouth hot. That is not a complaint, they really made our food fresh and even though service is a tad slower that what'd you get at Mcdonalds, the quality, even for their value items was above and beyond.

The young lady that worked the drive thru this morning had such an enlighting personality
