Grab And Go Gyros - Lewisville

Ordered through Uber eats several times now. The food is solid, my order has never been wrong (knock on wood). The gyro meat is flavorful and the pita bread is soft and delicious. The baklava is a perfect ending to a great, fresh meal. No complaints whatsoever.

Had a gyro plate and baba ganoush delivered to my hotel. The gyro plate barely had any meat and the baba ganoush was inedible. Not sure if I hit them on a bad night but the experience didn't live up to the other reviews.

First time ordering from here. Ordered GREEK fries and Gyros fries along with a Gyro plate. The lady kept asking if I wanted meat on top. Total miss communication, I received one order of fries , and had placed the order for two separate orders. They are closed now and can't get the Greek fries for my grand daughter or the Gyro fry plate my daughter wanted. Please have some one who can communicate as I did say it was for two orders of fries not one order. I hope the food is as good as have been told as this has everyone disappointed. I did keep saying it was two orders for the fries. I am just shaking my head and disappointed too.

I was really looking forward to this but was unpleasantly unhappy when I tried everything. The gyro on the salad was so salty I couldn't even put it in my mouth. The chicken shawarma was dry and looked like sticks and didn't have much seasoning. The baba ganoush was so chunky and cold. The ones I have had were smooth and delicious. There's a lot of fixing up to do. I would probably not recommend this to anyone. It was pretty disappointing.

Nothing fancy, but the food is quite good and the team members genuinely try to take good care of their customers.
