Mcalister’s Deli (highland Village, Tx)

Great food just don’t order McAlister’s on Door Dash! They don’t check the orders before they leave the store. Twice we were either missing half our order or missing part and part of it was made incorrectly.

They were out of chicken on a Sunday. Planned on McAlister's for dinner. I ended up leaving. The associate was apologetic but I think management should have been up front to advise customers.

We met our son and daughter in law for lunch. Good food......saw some friends there which was a plus. Staff could be a little more available if someone needed help in carrying their drinks due to a disability. Luckily we had enough helping hands.

Tasty food. Lots of sandwiches from which to choose. Moderately priced.
