Mcdonald's - Lewisville

The atmosphere and staff were pleasant! The food was served quickly and was hot, and surprisingly, the buns were soft!

The McDonald's near my house treats its customers with great respect. They even give out free food sometimes! I downloaded the McDonald's app, and it's been really useful. If you're in the mood for a snack, they have delicious cookie toasts. I highly recommend trying the cookies!

I visit this McDonald's often since it’s the closest to my house, at all hours of the day and night. Overall, it's a reliable location. I rarely wait more than five minutes, even when there's a line. The food is consistently good, and breakfast is definitely when this place excels. However, I was disappointed today because it took so long to get my coffee that I had already finished my sandwich by the time it arrived. Plus, the cup was only half full and didn’t have any vanilla in it, even though I had repeated that request at the speaker, once at the first window, and twice at the second window before she served it to me.

What's there to say? It's a chain restaurant. It behaves like all chains do. Some are worse than others. Some are better. There will never really be a 5 star level of service, but sometimes it can be awesome. This one was kinda average. Nothing stood out except the log wait. I blame the pandemic and short staffed issues. Pay your employees better please.
