Mt. Fuji Hibachi Steak House

Great Hibachi, very cool setup. The food is good. One thing to note, each grill is walled in its own glass Kubbie. nice to contain noise, but it also catches warmth. It can be warm. Great for the family.

With limited sushi options, elbows made to elbows with strangers with plenty of space elsewhere for an unpleasant experience it is about me that this place has a 4 star rating. We never saw the waitress after they brought out soup and salad. Never received refills and the empty bowls split the limited table area. With the only people in the restaurant all the time two Hibachi tables half full I expected better. The food was decent. I'm not sure why they ask how you want to cook something if they only burn it, but oh good. The food is not worth the prices and not the atmosphere. I'd look somewhere else before I came to visit.

It was my first time with Hibachi and it was honestly a good experience. We had a party of 8 for me and my friends for birthday. We had a reservation at 19:00, but we were not there until 7:20 and we had to wait until 8:00 for another friend. They took this very professional and were not disturbed how late we were. They still sat and everything went well. A server of us went out to get plates and cut the cake for us, he even sang happy birthday to lol his name was Mitchell I think so cried out to him, but overall a good experience I would go back.

My family of 5 sat with another family of 4 and there was no room to even pull out the chairs, sitting alone. Apparently, the number of chairs around the grill is more important than a culinary experience at $20-$30 a plate. The grill was in what I could only describe as a cubic of glass that kept all heat from the grill. It was over 100 degrees outside and just as warm through the grill inside. We wanted to go to a grill we better fit and they said no. So we left.

A MUST GO TO I WOULD SAY A TRUE 10 The wife and I had a great time. The hibachi chef was spectacular and the food was just as great. The entire staff makes you feel like family and at home. All of the chefs where great with the kids in the restaurant. Will be back for sure
