I was very disappointed with this store yesterday... I work long hours and I stopped at this location when I got out of work... It was only 8pm and...

I never leave bad reviews, ever. But we waited in line for twenty minutes without being acknowledged, with a long line of people also waiting to order behind us. I had to ask if someone was going to take my order. They were extremely rude, and mad that Iasked. Having worked in food service, I can understand what it's like being busy and short staffed, but the least you can do isacknowledge that people are there and waiting, and also just not be rude. ????
