Bojangles - Lexington County

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and went above and beyond for me. The new management has brought a kind and caring team to the establishment. I accidentally left my debit card behind and they held onto it for me for 2 weeks until I was able to retrieve it. Jennifer, in particular, has always been so warm and welcoming to me. Thank you to the staff for always being so attentive and helpful.

The cashier lacked personality and the food was just okay. I will not be returning to this Bojangles again! Also, all of the trash cans were overflowing.

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the food. The biscuits were smashed, the fries appeared unseasoned, and my order was incorrect.

Every time I choose to come to this bojangles its always something wrong with my order. Among many other things I have experienced here, today I have burnt fries. How can you guys serve food knowing its burnt or not even cooked all the way. It is unacceptable!!! This food cost way to much for it not to be how it should be
