Contribuisci feedbackSunday brunch reservation at 11am. The staff was scarce and they were very unprepared for customers. Breakfast cocktails were thrown together after they found clean bar glasses. The staff was nice and the food was fine, but the place was very disorganized.
Was not impressed at all. Did not realize this was a hotel. Food and coffee were cold. Ask for a different cup of coffee because mine was cold. The server brought another carafe of cold coffee. There really wasn't a reason to have a reservation. No one was hosting.
We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food and there really wasn't anyone there. No explanation as to why.
It seemed like there was no management at all. Our server was inattentive and slow. The table was not wiped down before we sat. We were not taken to a table, but told to just pick somewhere to sit. The food was pretty good, but the experience overall was diminished by the service.
Service exceptional, what we ordered was plentiful and delicious, pork crackling top class, 2 of us couldn't finish them took them home. Osso bucco as good as I've ever had. My wife had the homemade bean burger she said was very good and definitely home made
