Buffalo Wild Wings - Lexington

For the first time in old todds location, ordered half and half combo, 6 bones in and 6 boneless, french and shiny for $20.99 was excellent, but they are cost of shaking with taking out, only get 5 boneless wings and about a third of a smart one. fries were also a little light. asked for carrots and celery and one of the dives. also they didn't get it. check their order before they leave.

I ordered wings with 2 different sauces on the side in online after picking up and came back to home for driving 10 miles I found sauces are missing in my order. now I have to go back to get the sauces.. I tried to ask by phone why my sauces are missing, but no one answered the phone.

The only reason I went was that I was given a free gift card. I do not like BWW but decided to give it another chance. They sure did not change my mind. The service staff was slow and inattentive. It took a while to even get seated because the staff was more focused on to go orders. The food service time was very slow considering there were few patrons and abundance of staff, who by the way never smile. When the food came it was hot but in poor taste as you could tell that the grease used in the frier must have been old. A very poor dinning experience as often received at BWW. I left the entire gift card for the meal in attempt to ensure I never return. By the way, for a sports bar, their tv's were focused on news and gaming sports with only one tv on baseball. :

So, Sat night, 520. Not super busy. We were seated immediately.Great start. 10 minutes later I asked the bus boy if he could find someone to wait on us. Another 5 minutes the waitress appears. She apologized. Ok. I'm good. Place our order for the sampler appetizer. Five minutes waiter we're informed that because they have no onion rings, we cannot get that order. Ok, since they ran out of onion rings I thought they might sub Frye's. Nope. The mgr comes to tell us no subs for Any reason. Their fault they're out. We left. I won't be back.

Best thing at the wing restaurant was the burger and the app which was tots. The wings tossed in Nashville hot were so poor I left 8 of 15 at the table. They weren’t even hot and considering we came at 12:30 on a Sunday in a basically empty restaurant you’d think they’d be hot. First and last time
