Burger King - Lexington

Last night (09.23.2022,) we were the only car in the car drive thru and a new young lady ran the drive thru she could say because she 't get my simple order right. the manager in the service totally failed her when she fought at the takeover of commands in the car thru when the manager was 't behind the theke everywhere and should 've had a headset on, hearing the trainer and she 've heard that the young lady needed help but no! nowhere. no help. after we threw our order halfway through, but slanted, we went into the window to correct it. the girl was very nice and felt bad because I was not properly trained and I also felt bad for her as she had no help from any actor manager who should be there. after 10 minutes at the window to correct the order we were raised to wait another 5 minutes for our cold eating. Why did we have to wait at all, then cold food is beyond me. this place is terrible every time I gave him a chance. strike three, I'm done. the company is notified by this Monday morning. definitiw needs better management and more training before throwing someone into the wolves alone.

Slow service. the order was usually exact, only not getting the bbq sauce for the children nuggets

Had to eat a lot of salt bathroom was evil with neon black light so that she could not see the evil etage and wc, never will I trust, on this special one and the beacon was rude!

On the counter, while several employees looked at me, did not acknowledge and never rose to take over our order. there were no other mozens in the load. after 5 minutes with no word to me or my family of 5 we have brought our business to zaxbys a few doors down. I do not expect the employees to take care of their job. I'm not even looking for friendly service. but they didn't even start the transaction. avoid this place.

Ok got the wrong sandwich but I ate it. Fast service
