They need to train or get more help and make sure that the semi truck lines are both working at all times. If they had two cashier's at all times it wouldn't be so backed up. They also need to clean and make sure that the restrooms are clean. Also make sure that they don't smell like pee. This store needs to step up the game to make sure they please the customer's.
