Denny's - Lexington

I had a not-so-great experience at this restaurant, but the management really took care of it. We visited on a Saturday morning with my grandkids. Our server, Glenda, was wonderful—she was like the Good Witch, so friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the restaurant had run out of milk, and to make things worse, I ended up being double charged. It took about a week to resolve everything. However, they did issue my refund and offered me a complimentary meal for my next visit. Because of their good customer service, I’d rate them from 1 star to 4 stars.

The food was incredible! I tried the pumpkin pancakes and they were absolutely amazing! They tasted divine! If you enjoy pumpkin, you absolutely must try these pancakes! A few days later, I returned and ordered ham with fried hard eggs and coffee. It was just as delicious! However, their coffee wasn't hot enough for me straight from the pot, so I asked for it to be warmed up in the microwave. Thank you, Denny's! I loved it! Keep up the great work!

We were heading south for vacation and decided to stop at this Denny’s for brunch today. The waitress, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, was absolutely incredible—so sweet and embodying true Southern hospitality. Although we had to wait for our food and were quite hungry, when it finally arrived, it was served hot and tasted pretty good. I did have to wait a little longer for my toast, but the waitress generously gave me a nice discount. In the past, I've waited much longer for toast without receiving any discount at all. I really wish I had tipped her better. Thank you for making the start of our trip so enjoyable!

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the pumpkin pancakes, and they were to die for! They tasted heavenly! If you're a fan of pumpkin, you absolutely must try these pancakes! A few days later, I went back and tried the ham with fried eggs and coffee, which was also fantastic! However, the coffee was a bit lukewarm for my taste when it came out of the pot, so I asked to have it reheated in the microwave. Thank you, Denny's! I loved my experience! Highly recommended!

Although there was a wait for our food and we were quite hungry, when it arrived, it was hot and quite good. I had to wait a few extra minutes for my toast, and the waitress kindly gave me a nice discount. I ended up waiting a bit longer for the toast and never received it, but I really wish I'd given her a better tip. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful start!
